Curtis Olschansky joined the Newman Realty Group, Inc., in 1988 as a leasing agent to focus in the Palm Beach and Broward County markets in the Office, Retail and Industrial sectors before going out on his own and establishing The Olschansky Group, LLC. He demonstrated his success in leasing, selling and marketing by being honored as the firm’s “Rookie of the Year” in 1989, and in 1994 was promoted to Vice-President. Curtis has since continued to establish himself in the industry as a professional and a specialist in his field. Earlier, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of a firm he founded, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of Wheatgrass in the Baltimore, Washington D.C., and suburban Virginia markets. He still sits on the Board and is a Business Consultant for Exerciting, Inc., featuring the leading technology in fitness equipment which have licensed their products to Life Fitness, Nautilus, Stairmaster, etc. just to name a few. Curtis was one of the inventor’s of Tony Little’s “Ab-Isolator” which sold over $90 Million Dollars with responsibilities in marketing and management in Baltimore before his relocation to Boca Raton in 1986.

Before joining the The Olschansky Group, LLC, Allen Tate began his career in commercial real estate in 1983 with the newly formed Florida office of San Francisco based Grubb and Ellis, where he specialized in national tenant representation for 5 years. He was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1983 for the Florida Office. In 1988 he was offered a position with Chicago based Draper and Kramer where for 8 years he was responsible for leasing 4 of DK’s REO office buildings and retail properties as well as leasing and property management of 1.9 million sqft of RTC recovered shopping centers under exclusive contract with State Farm Insurance throughout the state if Florida. In 1996 Mr. Tate choose not to relocate to Chicago upon DK’s decision to close its Fort Lauderdale offices. In 1996 Mr. Tate was offered a partnership in a business brokering and commercial sales company, Continental Real Estate and Business Sales. Mr Tate had a very successful career with Continental, specializing in petroleum retail and distribution companies, as well as acting as a site locating agent for Exxon/Mobil, Shell, BP, Marathon and Texaco. During his time at Continental, Mr Tate received numerous awards by the Florida Business Brokers Association top honors for achieving $10 million in sales for 2000, the award for highest dollar volume sold in the State in 2004, and in 2005 the first Broker in the State to be awarded for achieving $50 Million Dollars in sales/ closings in one year.
